We offer a full refund for items that haven't been used, are in new condition, and have all drop tags, packaging etc... the item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. It is your responsibility to package and pay for shipping the return. Whichever shipper is used to return the item, we would always recommend a tracking # and proof of delivery.
Should you wish to make an exchange, please indicate that and we will make arrangements to get the new item delivered to you as soon as we receive the return.
