Main full flapped compartment with magnetic closure reveals gusseted front pocket witch contains open pockets for PDA, cell phone, three pen sleeves and brushed nickel clip for key ring. Main compartment is divided with full zippered pocket, and large zippered back wall pocket. Item has full back outside open pocket with magnetic snap. Item has generous fully adjustable leather shoulder strap.
