So you have an idea of what we try and do, our policies are as follows.
If you bought the wrong bag, whether its size, color etc. and would like to exchange what you’ve bought for something else, please contact me and I will arrange to have the piece picked up and returned to us at our expense, so long as shipping was paid for along with the purchase. If the purchase was made using a free shipping option, it is your responsibility to package and pay for return shipping of the item to be exchanged. Once the piece has been received, we will apply your credit to the new piece you have chosen.
If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund for items that haven’t been used, are in new condition, and have all drop tags, packaging etc. Should original tags not be returned with the item, we reserve the right to refund only a portion of the price paid, as we are not able to sell that item as new going forward. Refunds are accepted once returned to the store within 14 days of the purchase. Please have your receipt and item info ready. If the product cannot be brought back directly to our store, it is your responsibility to package and pay for shipping of the return. Whichever shipper is used to return the item, we would always recommend a tracking # and proof of delivery. Please note that all personalized products (monogrammed wallets, backpacks or suitcases) are final sale and cannot be returned.
All of the pieces on our site are backed by the various manufacturers warranties. We have outlined the basics of the warranty on the products page. If you would like more details on the various warranties, please contact me at the above phone # or email address. Or alternately contact the Manufacturer directly. If you believe you have bought merchandise that needs service under the manufactures warranty, please contact either ourselves, or the manufacturer directly so that we can proceed on how best to look after your warranty claim.
We have an experienced on-site full service repair shop to service what we sell, and try and service what others sell as well, including luggage, business cases, handbags, wallets, golf bags, instrument cases, duffel bags and much more. We are able to do most warranty repairs and are also a repair center for most airlines and damaged baggage claims. Walk-ups are welcome as well. It is difficult to give an estimate to the cost of a repair without first seeing the bag, but if you are able to bring or send the piece into us, we can let you know what can be done and the cost of the repair.
