Our Delivery Policy
We have partnered with Canada Post to provide you with fast and reliable service anywhere in Canada. Please indicate your delivery address when checking out, and we’ll send you an email to confirm your order.
Merchandise can only be left in a secure location. If you’re unavailable to receive delivery, the shipper will leave you a notification card to indicate how to obtain your order. If you do not collect your order within the time frame indicated on your pick-up notice and it is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.
Delivery of oversized items to customers in specific remote locations may not be possible. In these instances, the Store will contact you to discuss the handling of your order.
Orders to small centres or remote locations may require extra shipping time. Most orders are shipped the same day they are received or on the store’s next business day following receipt of the order.

Availability
All shipments are subject to product availability. We strive to ensure that all products on our site are in stock. If we are out of stock on an ordered item, you will be contacted regarding the product's availability.
How to track your order

If, for any reason, we or the shipping service are unable to ship your complete order, we will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed.
Should the shipping information be entered incorrectly by the customer, and the delivery is returned to the sender, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for the item to be re-sent.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, please get in touch with the store directly. If we have already processed your order, it may not be possible to cancel it.
Oversized or Heavy Items
Additional shipping fees may apply to oversized or heavy items. We will contact you before processing your order if extra charges are required.
US Shipping
We do ship to the States for a base rate of $40 CAD. Rates for some products will vary depending on product weight. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by U.S. customs.
